Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vtxgroup.net (the “Site”), operated by VTX Group, domiciled in León, Guanajuato, México. By browsing the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About VTX Group
VTX Group is a supply-chain, sourcing, and manufacturing operating partner based in León, Guanajuato, México, connecting brands with vetted manufacturing capacity across the Bajío region's industrial clusters. This Site describes our capabilities and process; it is informational and does not itself constitute an offer to provide services.
Assessment requests are not a binding engagement
Submitting a “Book Assessment” form, emailing us, or otherwise inquiring about our services is a request for information and does not create a contract, exclusivity, or any obligation on either party. Any actual sourcing, manufacturing, brand strategy, or other engagement with VTX Group will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will control over anything on this Site in the event of a conflict.

You may browse the Site and submit forms for legitimate business inquiries.
